I absolutely love the grey blending. Jamie did an incredible job of making the blending look very natural and soft, adding so much dimension to my hair. I love that I don't have to worry about the harsh root line anymore. She really listened to what I wanted. It feels easy to maintain. If you are looking for grey blending. Jamie is amazing. I just finished my second visit on my journey to let my natural gray hair grow out. Her thoroughness in explaining her process... focussed on removing permanent color and blending with demi permanent color...along with results so far have me feeling confident and gorgeous. This was my first time at Refresh and I will definitely be back!! I have been looking for a stylist who could really listen to my goals for my hair and work with me to figure out a solution that works for my hair type, face shape, etc. Jamie is insanely kind and approachable and made it really clear from the beginning that she wanted me to speak up if there was anything I wasn’t liking about the cut. It was just abundantly clear that she really cares about her clients and about what she does! I took a risk going shorter than usual and I am loving the cut!! I’m staring at myself in all my video calls like Narcissus 😍. Literally can’t recommend Jamie and Refresh highly enough!! (The photos are NOT after styling, they’re after sleeping on it but I’m loving it with the kinda shaggy look)

Jamie is truly the unicorn I have been looking for. As a natural dark brunette, I’ve struggled the past couple of years with figuring out how to let my grays (all around my hairline) grow in somewhat organically while still letting my natural color shine and maintaining an overall polished look. I wasn’t interested in keeping up single process color treatments or dying my hair an all over super light color, but rather wanted something that would be low maintenance and healthy - even if it took some time and effort to get there. Jamie completely understood what I wanted. She spent about 4 hours during our first appointment together with amazing communication beforehand and during the appointment so I knew what to expect every step of the way and how to budget time appropriately. She first detoxed my hair from years of single process color treatments and then used a blend of subtle highlights and toning to beautifully brighten and blend my grays. The result is beyond the best thing I could have imagined, and it’s such a great feeling to love how my hair color looks and know that it’s going to be so much easier to maintain. Jamie also charges very reasonable prices, which is greatly appreciated! Whether you are looking to transition to gray or just generally work with a brilliant hair colorist, I highly and enthusiastically recommend you go see Jamie!
